Enderon

About

Built to make digital work easier to deal with.

Enderon is a digital agency for businesses that want capable people to take it on, make good decisions and get things moving.

We design, build and improve websites, but the thing we care most about is how the work gets done.

Clear communication. Commercial thinking. Strong technical judgement. No unnecessary complexity.

Why Enderon exists

We think the agency model can work better.

A lot of businesses end up managing the agency they hired to make things easier.

The brief gets passed around. Small questions turn into long email chains. Nobody quite owns the outcome.

We built Enderon around the opposite idea.

Everything you’d otherwise be coordinating

One message. Handled.

All of that is still there. It just stops being your job to hold it together.

Our job is to understand what you’re trying to achieve, absorb the complexity behind it and take responsibility for getting the work to the right outcome.

You should not need to know which developer needs to look at it, which platform limitation is causing the issue or how five different systems need to connect.

That’s our problem to solve.

How we think

Good work starts with good judgement.

Knowing how to build something is only part of the job.

The harder questions are usually whether it should be built at all, whether there is a simpler solution, what happens six months from now and where the budget will have the most impact.

We think about those things before we start.

The best solution isn’t always the most technically impressive one.

It’s the one that makes the most sense for the business.

How we work

Simple principles. Applied properly.

01

We own the problem.

If something needs another developer, designer, platform or specialist involved, we coordinate it.

If something is unclear, we investigate it. If there’s a risk, we raise it.

If we think there’s a better approach, we’ll tell you.

02

We communicate clearly.

You should know what’s happening, what happens next and whether anything is needed from you.

Not every answer can be immediate. Acknowledgement and a next step usually can be.

03

We think commercially.

We don’t recommend work simply because it can be done.

We look at the value, the cost, the risk and whether there’s a better way to get the same outcome.

04

We keep complexity on our side.

Digital work can get technical quickly. That doesn’t mean you should need to become technical to work with us.

We explain what matters, what we recommend and why.

Experience

We try not to solve the same problem twice.

Every project adds to the code, processes, tools and experience we bring into the next one.

Over time, that means better pattern recognition.

We know which questions matter earlier, which fixes tend to create another problem later and when an off-the-shelf solution is enough versus when custom development is worth it.

Experience should make the next decision faster and better. That’s what we want clients to benefit from.

Quality

The amount of process should match the amount of risk.

A small visual change should not need three meetings and a 20-page specification.

A checkout change, analytics implementation or complex integration deserves more care.

We adjust the amount of planning, testing and review to what’s at stake.

Looked at, fixed, checked. No ceremony.

The principle stays the same:

Be thorough where it matters. Don’t create process for the sake of process.

The team

Small team. Close to the work.

We keep the team deliberately tight so the people making decisions stay close to the work.

You’re not passed through layers of account management before reaching someone who understands the problem.

We want our clients dealing with people who can make decisions, solve problems and keep things moving.

The relationship

The best client relationships get easier over time.

We understand the business better. You understand how we work. There’s less briefing, less uncertainty and less friction.

That’s the kind of relationship we want to build.

It also means giving you the recommendation we genuinely think makes sense, whether that’s a larger project, a small fix or leaving something alone.

You should be able to trust the recommendation either way.

Got something that needs sorting?

You don’t need to arrive with a detailed technical brief. Tell us what’s happening, what you’re trying to improve or what you’re trying to make possible. We’ll ask the right questions and take it from there.
