Report clock starts after payment is clear, this intake is complete, and the call is booked.
Questions
You get a confirmation email. Once payment is clear, we book a 60-90 minute discovery call within five business days. Your interactive Snapshot lands within five working days of that call, with a 30-minute readout included.
Then the value is sequencing and filtering: what to ship first, what to ignore, and a clear first ship with impact and effort framed so you can fund it. The report is still useful as an internal decision document.
Only if you ask for implementation. The Snapshot is diagnosis at a fixed $1,990 + GST. Sprint, Deep roadmap, and Ops are separate products. Many clients take the report and implement in-house.
That is a valid outcome. There is no obligation to buy build or Ops after the Snapshot. You keep the report either way.
Yes. Name them on the intake under who should join. We keep the call owner-led so decisions still get made.
That is normal for this product. The Lite Snapshot only needs owner knowledge. We will note data readiness honestly and still rank opportunities; messy stacks do not block the engagement.
For pilot Snapshot clients we usually send this after payment or with the invoice. Existing Enderon clients can complete intake first; we invoice before the discovery call.
Not for the Lite Snapshot. Owner knowledge on the call is enough. System access is only for the Deep roadmap or an implementation sprint.
Enderon only. We use it to prepare your discovery call and report. We do not sell or share your answers.
