Our managed WordPress hosting covers all of that. It is run by the same Auckland team that designs and builds WordPress sites, so when something needs fixing you are talking to people who know how WordPress sites are put together.
Full off-site backups of your files and database run every day, with 14 daily restore points kept. If something goes wrong, we restore your site to any available backup at no extra charge.
Automated server-level malware scans run daily across the hosting environment. If a site is infected, clean-up is included, up to two hours a month.
We verify WordPress core, plugin and theme updates before installing them on a set schedule. Each maintenance window includes an hour of fixes if an update causes a problem, so an update never quietly breaks your site and stays broken.
Twice a year we review the hosting stack (PHP, web server, database and CDN) and audit the caching layers, and roll out improvements at no extra cost. The full schedule is in our maintenance policy.

We look over your current WordPress install, plugins, theme and licences, and tell you about anything that needs fixing before we take it on.

We migrate the files and database, test the site on our servers, then switch the domain over at a time that suits you.

Our hosting runs on servers in Sydney, Australia. Off-site backups are stored separately from the server your site runs on.
Each maintenance window includes an hour of fixes. If a problem needs more than that, we ask for your go-ahead before continuing at NZ$125 + GST an hour, or roll the site back to the latest stable backup and hold that update until it is safe to apply.
Yes, once it is moved onto our hosting: our maintenance only covers sites on infrastructure we manage. We review the site first so there are no surprises. Premium themes and plugins need valid licences to stay in the update schedule, and we will tell you about anything else that needs attention before we move it.
Shopify and Webflow host their own sites, so there is nothing for us to host. We still build and support sites on both platforms if you need help with the site itself.
